Title: “Fear’s Blessing”

Scripture: Psalm 25:12-14

12 Who is the man who fears the Lord?
He will instruct him in the way he should choose.
13 His soul will abide in prosperity,
And his descendants will inherit the land.
14 The secret of the Lord is for those who fear Him,
And He will make them know His covenant.

Observation: What is God saying to me?

Fear brings tremendous blessing.
Fearing the Lord brings great instruction.
Fearing the Lord brings the revelation of the right path.
Fearing the Lord causes your soul to prosper greatly.
Fearing the Lord enables inheritance to flow to your children.
Fearing the Lord opens up secrets and mysteries.
Fearing the Lord causes us to know the promises.

Application: What will I do about it?

Stand in humble awe and reverence at the greatness of God.
The Creator of all things wants to be in relationship with you.
He will pour out power as you stand in His presence in awe, fear and wonder.

Prayer:

Holy God, You are all that should be feared. Reveal more of your holiness, greatness and mystery to me, your servant is listening.
