Title: “Trials of Life”
Scripture:
James 1:12 Blessed is the man who perseveres under trial; for once he has been approved, he will receive the crown of life which the Lord has promised to those who love HIm.
Observation: What is God saying to me?
There is a promise I have made you, it’s a crown 👑
You will receive the crown of life as you go through trials leaning on Me on not your own strength and understanding. I’m not asking you to go through trials on your own, I walk with you through every trial. Your trial is My trial, I am the Lord your redeemer, keeper, life giver and guide. I will guide you through life's toughest trials and the end result is victory!
Application: What will I do about it?
When trials come our way, we must lay down our lives at the feet of Jesus, inviting Him to lead, guide and walk with us through the trial. The Lord doesn’t interfere when He’s not invited. Make the invitation clear each day through prayer that you need His help in the trails of life.
Prayer:
Holy Spirit, we invite you to walk with us through the trials. Whatever we are going through, you will use to shape, teach and train us to be closer and trust You more. We declare today our trust in You.
I Am Grateful For… trials that make us closer to Jesus.
