Title: “Keep on Keeping On ➡️”

Scripture: Zechariah 4:6-10 (Paraphrased)

The angel of the Lord said to Zerubbabel, “Not by might, not by power, but by My Spirit. Great mountain you will be laid waste before this man of God. He will bring the mountain down with a shout of ‘Grace, Grace to it!!’ His hands began the work on this house and his hands will finish it! Do not despise the days of small beginnings.”

Observation: What is God saying to me?

The way you will win is NOT in your own strength. What stands before you may seem too big for you to overcome but it’s not. The mountain is mighty and would take forever in your own strength, but to Me, your Lord, I can flatten the mountain in a single say. You may have been working on this building project for years and it may seem like there is no end in sight… but guess what… you are closer than you think! Keep on the project. It’s about to come to completion. You have been tooled for victory. Victory is much sweeter after pain, problems and process. I am working with you and will accomplish My plans… DO NOT GIVE UP.

Application: What will I do about it?

Stay on the building project. Whatever God has given your hands to do, do it with all of your heart, soul, mind and strength. But know this…. It’s not you who will get it done. It’s Him working through you! Give yourself fully to the call. Make life count. Don’t let the thief keep you distracted. Center your focus on the mission at hand.

Prayer:

Jesus, we are so grateful for your grace and strength. Your grace gives us the strength to get it done. You bring fresh insight and energy to keep on keeping on. Thank you!
