Scripture: Psalm 29:10,11

The Lord sat as King at the flood; Yes, the Lord sits as King forever.
The Lord will give strength to His people; The Lord will bless His people with peace.

Observation: What is God saying to me?

I am the Lord, there is nothing that slips by Me. I am King over all the earth. I am the controller of the gates of heaven and the Creator of the earth below. My people are always under My watchful eye. I bless them with peace and provide their strength. You may think that your circumstance right now is too hard. Know this, nothing is impossible with Me. I am the beginning and the end. Where you end, I begin! When you begin again with Me, you will never end.

Application: What will I do about it?

Sometimes our circumstances take too much attention. What deserves full attention is My watchful eye. Look no further, stop staring at impossible circumstances. Stare at Me, look straight in My eyes and watch Me as I make ways you didn’t know existed. With Me, there is always a way. I am the Way!

Prayer:

Holy Spirit, you comfort Me when I cannot see which way to go, You give me peace when I don’t know what to do. I need You more than ever! Amen

I Am Grateful For… strength and peace when I stare at Jesus.
