Title: “Strength Through Struggle”

Scripture: 2 Corinthians 4:18

Because we don’t focus our attention on what is seen but on what is unseen. For what is seen is temporary, but the unseen realm is eternal.

Observation: What is God saying to me?

I am training you through the struggle to set your attention on Me. When you first came to Me I protected you from the struggle to give you a chance to get your feet under you. As you grow in Me, I will show you how to trust in Me in the middle of the struggle. I am teaching you that living by an unseen code of trust is the Way to maturity and accessing faith that can move mountains. Resistance brings resilience. You are being trained and transformed into a believer who trusts in Me, The Lord, no matter what comes against you. Remember, when you walk with Me, what comes against you is actually coming against Me.

Application: What will I do about it?

Today, we must honor the struggle and learn from it. We are being shaped into faith-filled and faith-FULL followers of Jesus. When the struggle comes we lean into the Holy Spirit. When pain comes we trust that God is standing with us leading us to a promised land. Today we lean into praise and let Him lead us through the process.

Prayer:

You Lord are the One who always knows the Way. There is never a time when we have been out of your sight. You show the Way to those who seek the Way. Even in the middle of hard moments, help us, Your children to lean on You in the face of The Struggle. Amen
