Title: The Good Land

Scripture: Exodus 23:22
But if you will truly obey his voice and do all that I say, then I will be an enemy to your enemies and an adversary to your adversaries.

Observation: What is God saying to me?
God is wanting to bring us into a good land. The way He is going to bring us into the good land is by teaching, training, and correcting us so that we know how to truly follow Him. He leads us into the good land, but He is teaching us how to handle the land, and how to inhabit the land so that enemies don’t overtake it. If enemies overtake the land, then enemies overtake us. We don’t live in the same land as our enemies.

What land has the Lord given you? Your home, your business, your heart and mind… those are good starting points.

Application: What will I do about it?
God wants to give us more territory!
He can’t give us more territory if we are not being obedient to His voice, teaching, training, and correcting with the territory we already have.

Today I am stepping up my direct obedience to the voice of the Lord.

Prayer:
Heavenly Father, thank you for giving us a good land and being willing to walk us into the Land and teach us what to do to keep the land. You are a good steward and keeper of the land and I will obey your voice as you teach me to be the same as You. In Jesus’ Name, Amen.

I Am Grateful For… the good land and a good leader to lead me into the good land.
