Time Check (2 Minute Read)

LIT VERSE: Esther 3:14 For if you remain silent at this time, relief and deliverance will arise for the Jews from another place and you and your fathers house will perish. And who knows whether you have not attained royalty for such a time as this.

THOUGHT BREAKDOWN: Silence can be deadly. There is a time for it, but there is a time to stand up, speak it, and do what is right in the sight of God and those who follow HIm. Time and place are important. It’s critical to know when to speak and when to remain silent. Life and death could be the difference. Ask yourself this question. What time is it now?

WHAT IS THE SPIRIT SAYING? I believe the Spirit is saying it is time to submit to HIm and speak what I hear Him saying. What He whispers needs to be shouted. No more sitting at ease (Amos 6) allowing time to pass by. There is a time for war and a time for peace.

WHAT WILL I DO ABOUT IT? I will begin to engage in speaking out and standing up for what the Spirit wants me to do. I will pray for boldness and humility to serve as He directs me to serve, using the gifts He has given me to serve to the best of my ability.

I AM GRATEFUL FOR… the way the Spirit checks and challenges my life and points out when things need to change.
